When do you drop new arrivals?
New arrivals are dropped on Mondays @9AM PST. Make sure to sign-up with your email to be among the first to know.

Vintage
Our Vintage is one of a kind and locally sourced. All vintage is pre washed and sanitized at our local dry cleaners.

Swimwear
Our swimwear is brand new and packaged as a set. These are purchased at close out sales and auctions. Sets cannot be separated. We have limited supply of sizes and styles.

Custom Shorts
These are vintage MENS jeans. To get the perfect size please measure your waist and hips for a perfect fit. Our stock consist of Levis, Wrangler, Rustler, and more. All of our shorts are made to order from different pairs of vintage jeans, so you will not receive the exact pair pictured. The brand, color and style may vary slightly.*** Vintage shorts take an estimate of 13 business days to source and complete.

How does sizing run?
Sizing on swimwear is standard U.S. unless otherwise stated in the product description. All swimwear is prepackaged we do not have measurements. Sizing on our vintage pieces vary by style. Please check measurement listed in the description.

Where do you get your clothing?
Our entire collection is locally sourced.

What is the currency of your store?
All prices are listed and transacted in U.S. Dollars.

We currently ship to the U.S.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been accepted.

How do I create an account?

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?
No you don’t! You can make purchases as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account, you will be able to checkout faster by not having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now or you can create an account during check out.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted.

When will my order ship?
Orders are out the door within 5-13 business days with a 2-3 business day processing period. You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

When will my order be delivered?
Once shipped, orders are delivered within 7 business days. Please check your tracking link to view your order’s progress.

I have not received my order, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within the above delivery windows, please contact cs@shoptheshap.com .

My order is missing an item, what should I do?
Please submit a claim and we’ll do our best to make it right.

My item is damaged or defective, what should I do?
Please email cs@shoptheshap.com with a picture of the issue and your order number.

Who should I contact for questions after I placed my order?

Can I return my item for a refund?
All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges
